Shipping, Payment & Returns
You are here to explore how our products can improve your sleep, not because you want to worry about our shipping and return policies. So we want to make things really easy for you:
1. Shipping within Switzerland costs CHF 11 but is free of for all orders over CHF 100. For shipping rates to outside of Switzerland, please contact us on email@example.com and we'll provide you with a quote and help you setup the order.
2. Your products normally ship within 2 days of placing an order, but just like most business these days the effects of the pandemic sometimes cause irregularities to our supply chain. But rest assured, in the unlikely event that your order is affected we will inform you.
3. That's it.
A GOOD NIGHT'S SLEEP GUARANTEED
As with all sleep related products, your body might need a few weeks of adjusting, but we are so confident that our products can help you achieve better sleep that we include a 30-day sleep guarantee on all purchases.
However, we are all designed differently, and in the unlikely event that our products do not meet your expectations you can return your Nsleep product and we will refund your money. Some conditions do apply:
1. You need to try out our product for at least 20 nights. If you are still not happy, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and tell us that you are looking to return an item.
2. Wait for an email confirmation to ensure that we have received your return claim.
3. Follow the instructions in our email and send in your product. Please note that you are responsible for making sure that the product is returned to us in its original condition and packaging. You will need to pay for shipping fees yourself and you are responsible for making sure that your returned item reaches us and is not damaged during transportation.
4. Once we receive the item on our side, we will inspect its condition and process the refund. This takes a few days on our side. Please note that we will not refund items that have been damaged or are dirty.
2 YEAR WARRANTY
In the unlikely event that a product suffers a manufacturing error we will of course exchange the product free of charge. Just send an email with photos and a description to email@example.com and we'll send you instructions on how to proceed.
